At Awakened Coaching & Consulting (AC&C), we believe real change begins with people — with leaders who are self-aware, organisations that are courageous enough to look beyond the surface, and cultures that invite everyone to belong and contribute fully.
Founded by Yve Bowen, an experienced trainer, mindset coach, and consultant, A C & C was created to help organisations move beyond performative diversity, leadership by numbers, and transactional change.
We work with leaders and teams to spark transformation from the inside out — the kind that lasts because it’s built on trust, clarity, and shared purpose.
