About A C & C
At Awakened Coaching & Consulting (AC&C), we believe real change begins with people — with leaders who are self-aware, organisations that are courageous enough to look beyond the surface, and cultures that invite everyone to belong and contribute fully.
Founded by Yve Bowen, an experienced trainer, mindset coach, and consultant, A C & C was created to help organisations move beyond performative diversity, leadership by numbers, and transactional change.
We work with leaders and teams to spark transformation from the inside out — the kind that lasts because it’s built on trust, clarity, and shared purpose.
A Track Record of Impact
Yve is known for her ability to combine compassionate challenge with practical tools and processes that make change possible. In her work creating, piloting and delivering training for the Welsh Government, delegates' feedback included:
“Amazing training, huge benefits and learning from this session”
"This has been more than I expected. I really enjoyed it and will take a lot from it."
"Thanks for the session - very good and generated great honest conversations."
Delegates leave her training feeling more confident, engaged, and equipped to take meaningful and informed action.
Why A C & C Exists
Leadership development, DEI, and culture change are not one-off projects. They are journeys that require intention, courage, and a willingness to address what lies beneath the surface.
Our role is to be your supporter, partner, and challenger on that journey — equipping you with the insight, skills, and mindset to lead with authenticity and create cultures where people and performance thrive together.
Recognised Excellence
Yve’s approach has been praised by industry peers and training leaders alike. Tammy Banks the co-founder of Transform Your Training, where Yve is part of the delivery team, says:
“Her values, passion, and depth of knowledge shine through in everything she does, making her a standout facilitator and an inspiring presence.
She is a natural leader — authentic, passionate, and incredibly kind — creating a safe and engaging space for both her peers and the delegates she trains. Her ability to connect, challenge, and inspire is evident, and I have no doubt she will continue to have a profound impact.”
